Preparing OsteoSoy is really simple. Just dissolve in a glass of warm water, stir until dissolved completely and drink. I like that the flavor of OsteoSoy is delicate and not too sweet. Perfect for my mornings.
I’ve been starting my mornings with a warm glass of OsteoSoy from Marinex lately. I don’t usually drink milk on a daily basis, although I do switch from time to time between skim milk, soy milk, rice milk or almond milk. All of which are my fave kinds of dairy-ish beverage.

That means there is no short expiry period for these to be consumed, unlike regular milk that has to be refrigerated and consumed within a week or so.
